Spearheaded executive and external communications for JPMorgan Chase’s Community Impact organization, driving the firm’s $30 billion Racial Equity Commitment to help close the racial wealth gap. Led crisis communications and social strategy for the Chase brand’s 5M+ followers across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Played a pivotal role in social listening and messaging during critical moments, including the Capitol riots, Stop Asian Hate, stimulus payments, and PPP. Additionally, developed and executed the social and internal communications strategy for Morgan Health, a JPMorgan Chase initiative focused on transforming employer-sponsored healthcare.


Ford

Leading internal and external DEI communications to align Ford’s DEI vision, messaging, and goals with its broader HR Talent Strategy, driving both business value and cultural transformation. Spearheading change management communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging in partnership with HR. Providing strategic counsel on issues and crisis communications, while developing creative internal campaigns that enhance employee fluency around DEI initiatives. Additionally, identifying high-impact media opportunities to strengthen Ford’s reputation as an inclusive workplace—such as leading the launch of Ford’s Atlanta Research and Innovation Center—and positioning the company as a leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion.


Housing

Led an award-winning team that developed and executed high-impact communications campaigns for Mr. Cooper Group, the nation’s largest non-bank mortgage servicer, aiming to secure a credit facility from policymakers. Collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, and Head of Policy, we crafted bold points of views that resonated with media, homeowners, and decision-makers, driving over 100+ pieces of coverage in tier-one media. Additionally, developed a comprehensive online resource hub for distressed homeowners to navigate the CARES Act, helping hundreds of thousands of families stay in their homes or refinance mortgages to boost cash flow.
